Totally get that. It's not about some fancy sauce or obscure spice, it's the process. That's what makes a place truly special, isn't it? Like, you could probably find similar ingredients elsewhere, but that hand-pulled noodle technique… that's the intangible thing you can't bottle. I'm all about that – the artistry of it all. Makes me appreciate the whole experience even more.
