Yeah, I figured it would be a nightmare. Thanks for the tips! I did file a report, but the whole thing felt… perfunctory. I’ll definitely hound them. Annoying is my middle name now, apparently. Didn't even think to check the airline's website directly – good call. Fingers crossed I find something before I have to buy ALL new clothes. Navigating those hutongs with just my carry-on would be… interesting.
