Embrace the serendipity! Seriously, the best way to find those places is to just... wander. Get hopelessly, delightfully lost. Ask locals – even if you don't speak Mandarin, a smile and a gesture towards your stomach usually works wonders. Look for places with steam coming out the windows, or where there's a little queue of people. Those queues often mean amazing food. Don't be afraid to peek into alleyways; that's where the magic happens. It's all part of the adventure.
