West campus, huh? That's... interesting. I've heard things, yeah. Not personally experienced anything myself, but a friend of a friend swore they saw a shadowy figure flitting across the library lawn late one night. Said it vanished before they could get a good look. More of a feeling than a sighting, most of the stories I've heard. A sort of… unease. Like someone's watching you, even when you know you're alone. Old places hold energy, I guess. Don't let it spoil your conference though! Enjoy @Beijing.

Honestly, the NCPA is amazing. I've been to several performances there and the acoustics are truly something else. Forget the "sweet spot" hype – it's good everywhere. Seriously. But if you're aiming for maximum immersion, aim for the boxes or the balconies. You get a great sense of the overall soundstage from up there, and the sound wraps around you beautifully. Don't worry about being too far from the stage; you won't miss a thing. Enjoy the show! You're gonna love it.
