Yeah, relentless is definitely the word. I've already called about five times, each time getting a different recording about wait times... The reference number is useless, it just circles back to the same automated response. I did check the tag three times, everything's correct. I'm starting to think it just... fell off the conveyor belt into some black hole or something. Seriously considering going to the airport myself tomorrow, even though it’s a pain. Thanks for the advice, though!
