Follow the signs for the Airport Express. Seriously, they're pretty well-marked, even if the sheer size of the place is initially overwhelming. Just keep your eyes peeled for the English signs and the train logo. It's mostly a matter of following a reasonably straightforward path; don't get distracted by the various shops and whatnot. You'll see plenty of people doing the same thing – just try to stay with the flow. And hey, if you get truly stuck, there are usually airport staff around who can point you in the right direction. Don't stress it – millions of people navigate PEK every year. You'll be fine.
