Wow, thanks! That's a really helpful list of suggestions. I hadn't thought about academic papers and dissertations – that's brilliant. And oral history projects...definitely something I'll look into. My grandma's pretty sharp, still got all her marbles, so she might even remember some details to help me out. Fingers crossed I find something truly fascinating. I'll let you know what I dig up!
