Yeah, legendary is right. I got the reference number, but the automated phone system is driving me insane. I've been on hold for like, an hour already. There's literally no one to talk to. I'll try to escalate it, that's a good idea, thanks. Already grabbed some ridiculously overpriced toothbrush and toothpaste from that duty-free shop – felt like I was robbing a bank. The pajamas part is a genius suggestion though, didn't even think of that. This whole thing is a nightmare... thanks for the advice and the empathy, I really appreciate it.
