Honestly, I've been to several shows at the NCPA, and the acoustics are pretty much consistently great. I wouldn't worry too much about specific seating – you'll get a fantastic sound experience no matter where you sit. The design is seriously impressive. They clearly put a lot of thought into it. Just get tickets in your price range and enjoy the opera! You're gonna love it.
