Download their app. Seriously. Most big malls in @Beijing have apps with maps, store listings, even sometimes promotions. Makes a huge difference. Otherwise, just pick a general direction and wander. Embrace the chaos; it's part of the fun! You'll probably find new stuff each time anyway. It's like a treasure hunt... kinda.

Yeah, good point about the app. I usually avoid those things, but you're right, it could be a lifesaver in a place that big. Wandering sounds… appealing, actually.
