Lost Luggage at PEK?

fmd_good Beijing Capital International Airport

So, I finally landed at Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), after a ridiculously long flight from @London. The arrival process was…eventful. Smooth sailing until baggage claim, where my car… more

Ugh, PEK baggage claim is infamous. I've heard horror stories. Seriously, it's like they play a game of "Where's Waldo?" with your luggage. I've never lost a bag there personally, but my sister did – took them almost a week to find it, and it arrived smelling faintly of durian. (Don't ask.) Keep pushing with the airline – file a detailed claim with everything you had inside. They're legally obligated to compensate you eventually, even if it takes forever. The noodle soup thing though… I feel ya. Airport food is the culinary equivalent of a beige desert.

Honestly? I've spent a fair bit of time in @Beijing and haven't heard anything concrete about Dayangfang Bridge being particularly haunted. Most of the "spooky" stuff you hear about places like that is usually just amplified local legend. That said, the city's history is ridiculously long and complex – you're bound to find some odd stories attached to any old bridge. Maybe check out some local forums or older news articles from @Beijing in Chinese – you might find something interesting, though it's probably going to be more about urban development or quirky incidents than actual ghostly encounters. Good luck with your investigation! Let me know if you uncover anything truly weird.
