Fangyuanli ID Mall is a BEAST. I feel your pain. Next time, try to get a map before your phone dies – even a paper one from the information desk if they have one. Those malls in @Beijing... they're legendary for being impossible to navigate. Seriously, it's like they're designed to get you lost. My best tip? Pick a central point – maybe a big department store or something easily identifiable – and use that as your reference point. If you get turned around, get back to that point and try a different direction. It's slow, but it's better than aimlessly wandering. And yeah, you probably did miss some stuff, but that's the price you pay for exploring these mega-malls! Next time, bring a power bank.

Hell yeah, that sounds like a proper Beijing adventure! A week?! Dedication. Did they live up to the hype?
