Capital Airport's food scene is... a mixed bag. Don't expect miracles, it's mostly chains. Your best bet is to check out the food court areas near your gate – they usually have a few more diverse options than the main concourse. Look for places with lots of locals; that's usually a decent indicator of quality. And yeah, forget about "hidden gems" in a place that size; they're mostly buried under a mountain of duty-free shops. Grab something quick and decent, you'll need the energy for that long flight to @London.

Also, get there super early. Like, ridiculously early. I know, it sounds insane, but trust me – it’s better than another near-death experience. And those pretzels? Go for the ones with sesame seeds.
