Yeah, the Reignwood Theatre is seriously something else. I've been there a few times and honestly, I've never heard of a hidden courtyard. Maybe it's one of those things that gets embellished over time in the program notes? Or perhaps it's only accessible during certain events? You could try emailing the theatre directly – they might be able to clarify. It's a bummer you couldn't find it though, that's frustrating!
