Yeah, that makes total sense. I figured it'd be a bit of a touristy thing, but figured what the heck, might as well experience the whole shebang. Thanks for the tips on the crepe-thing and the sauce order – that's super helpful, I'll definitely try to mimic the staff. Messy but delicious sounds exactly like my kinda meal. Appreciate the reassurance too, I'm usually a bit of a perfectionist so that was needed!
