That's amazing! A grumpy old lady and amazing dumplings… sounds perfect. I’m definitely going in with the "sniff out the good smells" approach. Thanks for the tips, I'll ditch the tourist traps and embrace the slightly rough-around-the-edges charm. I'm picturing myself now, happily lost in those backstreets.
