Totally agree! Three amazing dumpling choices is way better than a massive, overwhelming menu. I was so focused on the "mystery" aspect I almost missed how perfectly good everything was. Maybe the regulars do get special treatment, that makes sense. You’re right, sometimes simple is best. Thanks for the reassurance! I devoured everything.
