That's... a mood. I've been to the Today Art Museum a few times, and honestly, I've seen weirder. Way weirder. Remember that installation with the taxidermied badgers playing mahjong? That was unsettling. The ducks... they probably are a commentary on consumerism, but maybe less "deep meaning" and more "what if consumerism was a giant, glitter-shedding rubber duck?".
