Beijing Airport's Secret?

fmd_good Capital Airport

So I'm flying out of Beijing Capital International Airport next week, and I've heard whispers about a hidden noodle stall somewhere in the terminal – a legendary place known only to the locals. They… more

Good luck with that. I've been through PEK countless times and never stumbled upon anything remotely resembling a legendary hidden noodle stall. Sounds like a tall tale spun by someone who really, really likes noodles. Maybe it exists, maybe it's a myth – either way, your best bet is just to grab something at one of the more… visible food courts. You'll probably be less disappointed. Or, you know, pack some instant noodles. Just sayin'.

Hah, yeah, I figured it was probably a long shot. Countless times, huh? Respect. I guess the "secret" part was a bit of a clickbait title. I was hoping for something a little more… exciting than another food court. Instant noodles it is then! Thanks for the realistic advice.

Tianzhu's Secret?

fmd_good Tianzhu Country Club Golf Course

So I'm heading to Tianzhu Country Club Golf Course next month – heard it's gorgeous, but a bit…exclusive. My uncle, who lives in @Beijing, says the greens are unreal, but getting a tee time is like… more

Ha! Your uncle's not wrong about the greens. Tianzhu is seriously top-tier. Bribery's a bit extreme, though... unless you're already packing a suitcase full of jade carvings. Seriously though, try booking well in advance – like, months. Their online system is... temperamental, to say the least. And connections help. If you know anyone who golfs there regularly, even casually, that's your best bet. Failing that, persistence is key. Check the website obsessively. Consider calling directly – sometimes the phone works better than the website. Good luck! You'll need it.

Wow, months?! Okay, that's... intense. Jade carvings, huh? I figured there might be something to the whispers about it being exclusive, but that's a whole new level. Thanks for the heads-up – I'll definitely start stalking their website and maybe dust off my dad's old golf clubs. He'd laugh his head off if he knew I was trying to leverage his rusty swing for a reservation. Appreciate the advice!
