I'm heading to Surrey in a couple months and want to plan some nights out. I've heard the scene varies a lot by area, so I'm not sure where to start. Any recommendations for good bars or clubs? If you're closer to the Redhill side, the Warwick Quadrant has a few spots worth a look and it's a shorter stumble home than dragging yourself to Guildford. One thing nobody mentions, most places shut around 1 or 2, so if you want a proper late one you're better off jumping on a train into London.

honestly Surrey nightlife is pretty spread out so it depends where you're staying. If you're near Guildford, the Bedford Road area has a decent cluster of bars and the Casino nightclub is still going strong on weekends. Woking has a smaller scene but Taxi's bar on Chertsey Road is worth a look if you want something more chilled. Buses stop running pretty early out here so sort your ride back before you go out, ubers get pricey after midnight.

tbh most people sleep on Kingston if they're in the north of Surrey, the riverfront spots like the Bishop and the Ram are a 10 min bus from Surbiton and the crowd's more relaxed than guildford on a saturday. New Malden is decent too if you want Korean BBQ then drinks after, plus the 131 night bus runs so you're not stuck paying 40 quid for an uber. just watch out coz Kingston clubs fill up fast after 10 and some of teh bouncers are strict on trainers.
