This is a solid itinerary. One thing I'd add is that the Mercado Adolpho Lisboa is at its best before 10 AM when the fish vendors are still setting up and the place hasn't gotten too hot yet. The tacacá from the stalls near the back entrance is worth the queue, it's a bit spicier than what you get at most tourist spots.
If you have any energy left on Day 1, walk up to the Largo de São Sebastião in the evening. The square lights up nicely and there are usually a few capoeira groups practicing around 6 PM. Grab a coconut water from the cart on the corner, it's R$5 and they serve it ice cold.
For Day 2, I'd skip the Adolfo Ducke canopy walkway if you're short on time. The walk itself is fine but the views are better from the tower at the INPA research station, which costs R$10 and is much closer to town. You can get there by bus 120 from the city center.

the banzeiro tasting menu is worth the extra cash, i did it last year and they had this cupuaçu sorbet between courses that was incredible. if you go on a sunday, the teatro amazonas has a classical concert at 11am for like R$20, way cheaper than the tour and you actually hear the acoustics which are famous for a reason

the banzeiro tasting menu is worth it, but if you're on a tighter budget, tambaqui de banda does a mean grilled fish that's more authentic to how locals eat. the banana farofa with it is the real deal. just go hungry, portions are generous
and for souvenirs, skip the shopping center entirely. the feira da saudade is better but the real hack is the artisan fair at the praça da matriz on saturdays, smaller selection but prices are half of what you'd pay at the tourist spots. i got a nice ceramic bowl there for R$12 last year

if you're doing the meeting of the waters, try to go with a smaller boat that also stops at the lake of the victoria regias. the big tour boats rush through it but the smaller ones let you float right up to the giant lily pads, which is way more impressive up close. just ask the captain before you board if they include that stop

honestly the ponta negra sunset tip is spot on but if u want a quieter spot with less crowds go to the pier at the end of rua para just before it hits the river. theres a little floating bar there that does cold beer for 5 reais and the view of the bridge is pretty nice. its where i go when i dont feel like dealing with the main strip
for the mercado the self-serve lunch spots are underrated. i usually hit up the one on rua marques de santa cruz near the corner, it's like 15-20 reais per kilo and u can load up on farofa and fresh fish. way better than the touristy stalls imo
one thing the guide missed is the museu do indio, it's tiny but has a solid collection of indigenous artifacts and is like 5 reais entry. takes maybe 30 min to walk through, good for a rainy morning
