Budget tips for Londrina in two months?

I'm heading to Londrina in about two months and trying to figure out a realistic daily budget. Anyone know what I should expect for food and basic transport? yeah the person above nailed the basics. if you're really trying to stretch, hit the feira do produtor on saturday morning near the uel campus - you can grab a kilo of fruit for like 5 reais and a pastel for 4. for transport, the bus card is the move but honestly a lot of central londrina is walkable, like from the cathedral to rodoviaria is maybe 15 min. just avoid ubers during rain or after 10pm when surge pricing kicks in, that'll wreck your budget fast

for food, if you stick to lunch at a padaria or a simple kilo restaurant you can get by on 25-30 reais a meal. dinner at a lanchonete with a misto quente and a juice is even less. buses are 5 reais right now and you can get a card at the rodoviaria that reloads at most drugstores. honestly londrina is pretty cheap to get around if you skip the tourist trap places near lago igapo

The existing tips are solid, but one thing that really helps is hitting the self-service lunch spots on Avenida Higienopolis instead of the touristy kilo places near the lake. You can get a full plate with meat, rice, beans, and salad for around 18 reais at places like Restaurante Popular or similar small joints. For transport, the bus card is fine, but if you're staying central, walking or renting a bike from the Itaipu station near the cathedral saves you the 5 reais fare entirely. Just keep in mind that grocery shopping at the big markets like Mercado do Produtor on Avenida Tiradentes is way cheaper than the little convenience stores scattered around, especially for basics like water and snacks.
