Going to Goiania, any hidden gems?

I'm heading to Goiania in about 3 months and I'm looking for under-the-radar spots, especially for food and local culture. Any recommendations that aren't in the usual guides? honestly skip the tourist stuff in setor oeste and go to a "boteco" in setor sul instead. there's one called bar do zé on rua 5 that nobody talks about but the bolinho de arroz com carne de sol is legit. also the centro histórico is a bit rough around the edges but the old train station has a small cultural center with free exhibits and live music sometimes. for a quick bite, find a lanchonete that makes "baião de dois" with crispy pork rinds, it's the real deal around here.

if you want real local flavor, skip the fancy places and head to the feira da lua on saturdays near praça tamandaré. it's packed with street food, live music, and handmade stuff, way more authentic than the touristy spots. for food, try a pastel com caldo de cana at any barraca there, or find a "pé sujo" spot in setor oeste for a cheap but killer picanha on the grill. also, the museu de arte de goiânia is tiny and overlooked but has some cool local work if you're into that

since you got the feira and boteco recs already, i'll go a different route. check out the "vila cultural" area near the old bus station, it's a bunch of repurposed warehouses with art studios and a few bars that don't show up on maps. also the parque areião has a hidden trail that leads to a small waterfall, most tourists just hang at the lake and miss it. for food, there's a family-run place called cantinho do sabor in setor central that does a mean galinhada with pequi, it's not fancy but it's the kind of dish you'll remember
