ngl the Maria Fumaça tip is spot on but you gotta get there early if you want good seats, we showed up 20 min before and ended up standing near the boiler area which was way too hot. also if you're into the craft beer scene, check out Cervejaria do Largo near the cathedral, they have a nice outdoor area and it's usually less crowded than Campinas on weekends. tbh Cambuí is great but don't sleep on the bars around Praça Carlos Gomes in Centro, way more local vibes and cheaper beer
Solid list, I'd add that Taquaral Park also has a small aquarium and a science museum called Museu Dinâmico de Ciência e Tecnologia right at the entrance, both cheap and worth a visit if you have kids or just want to escape the heat for an hour. The tram ride is only R$5 on weekends and the views of the lake from it are better than walking around.
For the craft beer scene, Cervejaria Campinas is solid but I prefer the German-style beers at Biergarten on Avenida Dr. Alberto Sarmento, they have a huge outdoor space and do a mean pretzel with beer cheese. Their happy hour on Wednesdays has pints for R$12 which is hard to beat around here.
Cambuí is great for a night out but if you want something more low key, the food stalls at Feira Noturna on Avenida Francisco Glicério on Tuesday nights have amazing pastel and caldo de cana for under R$15. It gets packed after 7pm so go early.
oh the feira noturna tip is spot on, i actually prefer the one on fridays at praça do mercado though, same vibe but bigger variety and the grilled corn vendors there are way better. also if you're going to pedra do urubu, go on a weekday morning if you can, weekends it gets crowded with families blasting music and the trail gets slippery after rain.

this is a solid itinerary, covers the main spots well. one thing i'd add is if you're in cambuí on day 2, skip bar do alemão for lunch and try a pastel at feira noturna da praça do carmo instead. it's a street market that sets up around 6pm on tuesdays and fridays, pastéis are like R$12 and way better than anything you'll get in a sit-down place. also for day 3 in barão geraldo, don't bother with the museu de ciências unless you're really into science, it's kinda small and dated. instead walk to the centro de convivência and grab a caldo de cana from the vendors there, it's like R$5 and perfect for the heat. your budget numbers look accurate, buses are reliable enough but uber is way more convenient if you're splitting it with someone.

If you're near the Mercado on day one and want a quick lunch, skip the sit-down spots and grab a sandwich at Rei do Pastel de Angu right there on Rua Dr. Quirino. They do a mean one with carne seca and catupiry for around R$18, it's messy but worth it. Also for day three in Barao, if you're around UNICAMP on a Saturday morning, the Feira de Barao Geraldo at Avenida Albino J.B. de Oliveira has amazing acai and pastel options, it runs from 7am to noon and is a better bet than the student restaurants which can be hit or miss.
Really solid guide, I've done almost this exact route myself. One thing I'd add is that Parque Portugal on day 1 is way better if you grab a cocada from one of the vendors near the lake entrance, it's like R$5 and hits different on a hot afternoon. Also for day 3 in Barão, the Museu de Ciências is fine but the real gem is walking over to the Instituto de Artes on UNICAMP's campus, they often have free student exhibits that are more interesting and it's a nice shady walk.
