Honestly, the risk is always there, no matter how clean a place looks. It's less about specific stalls and more about common sense. Look for busy places – high turnover means fresher food. Avoid anything that's been sitting out in the heat for ages. Stick to vendors with lots of customers and good hygiene practices (like using gloves). And seriously, don't be afraid to walk away if something feels off. Your gut feeling is your best friend. Also, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Bring Imodium or something similar, just in case. Better safe than sorry. You'll probably be fine, but a little precaution goes a long way. Enjoy the amazing food!

It wasn't like a jump scare or anything, more of a... heavy feeling in the air. I couldn't shake it even after I left. It’s definitely something beyond just the historical facts, isn’t it?
