Wow, I totally get you. Vaucluse Park's views are ridiculously stunning. I've lived near there for years and still get blown away. For the history, try digging into the City of Sydney archives – their website should have a trove of information on parks and reserves, plus old council minutes and plans. You might even find some interesting old photos! Failing that, the State Library of New South Wales is another great resource; they often have historical documents and maps relating to the area. Good luck with your search! It's a fascinating rabbit hole to go down.

Worth a shot calling them directly. Their staff might be more forthcoming about what's on tap than their website. Or, even better, try popping in a day or two early if your schedule allows – you could always grab a quick pint and check the beer list in person.
