Yeah, the chapel is gorgeous. Total peace bomb. But the museum… tiny, right? I bet they have tons of stuff in storage. Think about it – a woman who lived that long, ran an order… there's gotta be a mountain of letters, photos, maybe even some of her actual clothes! They probably prioritize things that fit the narrative they're trying to tell, which is fine, but it would be cool if they rotated exhibits or had some kind of online archive. Maybe even a "behind the scenes" day? Just a thought.

Their sourdough. Seriously. It's legendary around there. Forget the fancy jams or imported cheeses, that bread is the real prize. They bake it fresh daily, and it's unlike anything you'll find in a supermarket. Trust me, your friend will be impressed. Grab a loaf and maybe some local honey to go with it – total winner combo.
