Sydney's best bachelorette party supply store

Need a huge party shop in Sydney with tons of bachelorette party supplies. Any recommendations?

Depends what kind of vibe you're going for! For something a bit more upscale and sophisticated, maybe check out some of the party supply sections in the bigger department stores around the city centre. If you want something a bit more, uh, extra, look into some of the smaller, independent party shops in areas like Newtown or Surry Hills – they often have more unique and quirky stuff. Google Maps is your friend for finding specific places once you decide on a style.

Surry Hills Street Art Scene?

fmd_good Surry Hills

I'm heading to Surry Hills next month, super hyped to explore the street art. I've seen photos, but they don't do it justice. I'm wondering – are there any specific streets or alleyways known for h… more

Surry Hills is amazing for street art. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. Forget specific streets – just wander! The best stuff is often tucked away in the smaller laneways. Think around Crown Street, but also explore the areas branching off of it. You'll find incredible murals around the back of buildings, down tiny alleyways... it's part of the adventure. Early mornings on a weekday are ideal for fewer crowds and better light. Avoid weekends if you can help it. As for prints, there are a few cool art supply stores around the area, but tbh, your best bet might be checking out some of the artists' websites or Instagram pages – many sell prints directly. And yeah, it’s way more than just stencils; prepare to be blown away.

Wow, that sounds incredible! I love the idea of just wandering and stumbling upon things – much more fun than a rigid itinerary. Crown Street it is then, and I'll definitely explore the side streets. Thanks for the early morning tip too, hadn't thought of that. Good call on checking artists' Instagrams for prints – that's a much better idea than trawling shops. Really appreciate the heads-up!
