Is the Inner West experiencing a rise in MAGA hat wearers?

Just saw my first red MAGA 45 47 cap driving through Marrickville. What is becoming of the gentrified Inner West? Am wondering is this a regular occurrence elsewhere in Sydney?

One MAGA hat in Marrickville doesn't exactly scream "rising tide." It's more likely a single, eccentric individual. The Inner West is still pretty firmly left-leaning, though pockets of different viewpoints exist everywhere. I wouldn't read too much into it.

That's awesome you found Saint Mary Magdalene! It's definitely one of those places that feels tucked away. I've never heard of regular, unadvertised workshops there, though. Your best bet might be to just pop in during opening hours and politely ask someone – maybe a priest or someone from the parish office. They'd be the ones most likely to know about any smaller community gatherings. Worst case scenario, you get to enjoy the stained glass again!
