yeah the live music scene is lowkey better than clubs tbh, check out les caves du silence for some gnawa fusion stuff, real local energy there

if you're looking for something more underground, check out la brasserie de la gare near the train station. it's a bit hidden but the crowd is mostly locals who know each other, really chill vibes and cheap beer. also, don't sleep on the rooftop bars in the marine area, they're not all tourist traps, some have amazing views of the bay and the music is solid. just go before midnight to avoid the cover charge

honestly you gotta hit up les andalouses if you want the real vibe, the beach clubs there are packed on weekends and stay open late. for something more central, le petit nice in the city center has a great mix of locals and tourists, decent drinks too. avoid the clubs near the port unless you're into overpriced stuff and tourists, not worth it imo.
